Key Responsibilities:

  • Receives and Processes media from content providers
  • Ensure that content meets clients and broadcast specifications for technical accuracy
  • Verifies media and metadata are error-free and works to resolve or escalate any errors that do exist
  • Content Publishing: Ensure all media assets and metadata are published to production environments in alignment with established service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Quality Assurance: Validate incoming media and metadata for accuracy and completeness; collaborate with content providers to resolve discrepancies and ensure compliance with technical specifications.
  • Metadata Management: Identify and correct missing or inaccurate metadata to support proper asset placement, discoverability, and display.
  • Standards Compliance: Confirm that all content adheres to current formatting, delivery, and metadata standards.
  • Partner Coordination: Receive and process media deliveries from content partners, ensuring timely and accurate ingestion into systems.
  • Operational Support: Assist VOD Coordinators by investigating and resolving issues identified during content review.
  • Delivery Audits: Perform regular audits by comparing scheduled delivery lists against received assets to ensure completeness and accuracy.
  • Issue Resolution: Leverage daily metrics and reporting tools to identify delivery gaps and proactively address issues with content partners.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong working relationships with content partners and internal stakeholders to support seamless operations.
  • Escalation & Troubleshooting: Address technical and operational issues within the video operations workflow, escalating as necessary to ensure timely resolution.

Skills & Experience Requirements:

  • Analytical & Troubleshooting Skills: Proven ability to identify root causes, resolve issues efficiently, and maintain high standards of accuracy.
  • Technical Proficiency: Comfortable working with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word) and basic operating system functions, including network and drive mappings.

Compensation

Primary Location Pay Range: $23.19 - $34.79Comcast intends to offer the selected candidate base pay within this range, dependent on job-related, non-discriminatory factors such as experience. The application window is 30 days from the date job is posted, unless the number of applicants requires it to close sooner or later.
