Scopely is looking for a Producer to join our Monopoly GO! team in our Culver City studio hub on a hybrid basis, or remotely within the US or Canada.

MONOPOLY GO! is a global phenomenon and the biggest mobile game launch in history, captivating millions of players worldwide.
What You Will DoYou will be embedded in one of our feature pods, working to deliver well tested, polished and innovative features for our players. We work on exciting projects and you will have the chance to create a significant impact on our players' experiences by ensuring your team has everything they need to be successful! You will:
  • Support live game incidents, including on call hours
  • Be responsible for the End to End feature team's development pipeline and process
  • Ensure feature development and delivery is timely and of the highest quality
    Coordinate, prioritize, moderate and control all production activities in the assigned feature team
  • Support the pod in implementing and following Agile/Scrum way of working and thinking
  • Liaise between cross departments as per project and team's needs
  • Set up effective, concise, clear and efficient communication protocols both inside and outside team
  • Lead process improvement initiatives that will aid in improving feature development or overall production pipeline

In addition to base pay, employees may be eligible for equity, bonuses, and a comprehensive benefits package, including healthcare benefits, retirement benefits, pet insurance, paid holidays, paid Scopely free days, and unlimited paid time off. Base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
