We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Producer to play a pivotal role in the development and delivery of our next generation of interactive experiences. As a key contributor, you will directly influence the success of our projects by expertly guiding engineering teams, optimizing workflows, and ensuring that our creative visions are brought to life with precision and efficiency. Your impact will be felt across multiple technical initiatives, directly contributing to the evolution and expansion of a beloved real-time strategy game franchise.

Responsibilities:
* Manage engineering teams with diverse skill sets, technology stacks, and objectives, ensuring alignment with project goals.
* Define and refine key development processes, identifying and implementing tools and workflows to enhance efficiency and predictability.
* Scope projects and identify potential risks, proactively building predictability across multiple technical projects and services.
* Collaborate closely with Production and Engineering leads to prioritize tasks and ensure critical milestones are met.
* Engage with highly technical problems, translating complex information into clear and actionable communications for a wide internal audience.
* Coordinate, collaborate, and build effective partnerships across various disciplines within the development team.

Qualifications:

Must-Have Qualifications:
* Minimum of 4 years of experience specifically as a producer in the gaming industry, with a focus on production rather than QA or design.
* Proven ownership in shipping a minimum of 3 game titles on PC or Console, with a Technical Producer or Technical PM credit.
* Demonstrated experience contributing to a project through to release, showcasing clear examples of full lifecycle involvement.
* 4+ years of experience managing projects for both large and small teams.
* Familiarity with general software development practices and processes.
* Proficiency in industry-standard project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, MS Suite).
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly, proactively, and inclusively across all levels of the organization.
* Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
* Ability to work effectively with globally distributed teams, which may require flexibility for early morning calls to accommodate different time zones.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications:
* Experience working with teams developing in leading game development platforms.
* Publishing experience within the gaming industry.
* Experience working with game teams in a fast-paced development environment.
* Basic understanding of pull request (PR) processes and code commit procedures.
