Job Title: Senior AI Designer Requisition ID: R026793 Job Description: Elsewhere Entertainment is looking for a Senior AI Designer to join the development of a new IP. Feed your creativity while collaborating with our team of highly-skilled developers to build something innovative, exhilarating, and expansively entertaining! As a member of the gameplay department, you’ll design and implement a variety of non-player characters to bring life to the game’s world. As a member of the project, you’ll help take the studio and our game from great to even better—with a focus on inclusivity, mutual respect (for ourselves and our players), thoughtfulness, empathy, professionalism, and collaboration.

You’ll help us by…

  • Taking the ownership over design of combat and non-combat NPC and their behaviors
  • Implementing the AI using behavior trees
  • Understanding of animation requirements and dependencies
  • Working with an in-house scripting language
  • Collaborating with specialists from multiple disciplines

You’re awesome because you have…

  • Experience with visual and object-oriented scripting
  • Experience with taking custody over character’s animation graphs
  • The ability to collaborate and thrive as part of a creative team
  • Creativity in problem solving and a positive, respectful team-first attitude
