As Senior Director of Live Game, you will define and lead the end-to-end live operations strategy, ensuring Pokémon GO continues to thrive as a dynamic, evolving, and culturally relevant experience for years to come.

  • Foster Innovation: Identify new ways to keep Pokémon GO fresh, social, and relevant in an ever-evolving market, leveraging the breadth of existing systems and content in the game.

What You Will Need
  • 12+ years of experience in live service game development, including 5+ years in a senior leadership or director-level role overseeing operations for large-scale global titles.
  • Proven success managing complex, cross-functional teams in a live service environment.
  • Deep understanding of player engagement loops, economy management, and event-driven retention strategies.
