In this role, you will prepare pre-release hardware and software for deployment, coordinate shipments to beta customers worldwide, provide first-level support to test participants, and maintain accurate inventory of beta assets.This role is ideal for someone passionate about technology and eager to build a career in product delivery. You will work closely with Engineering, Product Management, and Program Management to ensure beta customers receive a reliable and well-supported testing experience.**Responsibilities****Device Preparation & Setup*** Install, configure, and upgrade pre-GA hardware and software for alpha and beta use* Validate baseline functionality prior to deployment to test participants* Partner with engineering teams to understand build requirements and device readiness criteria**User Support & Issue Triage*** Provide first-level support to beta participants during active testing* Troubleshoot common issues including firmware installation, connectivity, device configuration, and factory resets* Collect diagnostic logs and document issues with clear, reproducible steps for escalation to engineering* Ensure issue reports in the beta platform contain all required information before routing to Product or Engineering teams**Shipping & Deployment Coordination*** Coordinate global shipment of beta devices to customers in alignment with program timelines* Track deliveries and resolve shipping exceptions* Partner with internal logistics resources to ensure timely and accurate delivery**Inventory & Asset Management*** Maintain accurate records of all beta devices, assignments, and current status* Track allocation across active programs and ensure hardware availability* Reconcile inventory at program milestones and flag discrepancies**Device Recovery & Program Closeout*** Coordinate return and recovery of beta hardware following program completion* Ensure devices are reset, inspected, and returned to available inventory* Support program closeout activities including final inventory reconciliation**Qualifications*** Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience preferred* Previous experience with hardware/software troubleshooting, technical support, or customer-facing roles is a plus* Ability to adjust to constantly shifting schedules and time demands* High level of written and verbal communication skills* Excellent organizational skills with the ability to track and support multiple programs concurrently* Proficient with modern technology; able to learn new systems and tools quickly**Required Competencies*** Curious and self-directed learner with a genuine interest in technology and product development* Creative problem-solver who adapts to the unpredictable nature of new product development* Customer-oriented with a consistently friendly and helpful demeanor* Detail-oriented with strong execution discipline* Collaborative team member who also works effectively with minimal supervision* Effective communicator across technical and non-technical audiences**Preferred*** Familiarity with beta program management platforms (e.g., Centercode)* Familiarity with Unified Communications technologies such as video codecs, VoIP, enterprise headsets, and software (Teams, Zoom)* Familiarity with project management and issue tracking tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or Smartsheet* Previous pre-release or beta testing experience* Familiarity on leveraging AI technologies for problem solving.**Compensation and Benefits**The pay range for this role is $198,050.00 -142,150.00 USD annually with additional opportunities for pay in the form of bonus and/or equity (applies to United States of America candidates only).
