We are seeking a dynamic, creative individual who is passionate about content creation and eager to learn more about marketing to join our team. This individual is a self-starting, motivated student who enjoys storytelling, digital media, and engaging audiences. The ideal candidate is curious, organized, and comfortable experimenting with new ideas while representing our brand in a positive and professional way.


POSITION SUMMARY

Primarily responsible for developing engaging written, visual, and video content that supports marketing goals and strengthens our organization’s voice across all channels. This role produces consistent, high-quality materials that inform, promote, and connect with audiences.


QUALIFICATIONS

Requires an individual who is self-motivated and dependable, with a high degree of interest in detailed work. Clear, effective communication skills are required. A strong interest in social media, content creation, and digital storytelling is preferred. Basic familiarity with common content tools, such as social media platforms, Canva, or video editing apps, is helpful, like Adobe Premiere or Adobe After Effects. More importantly, a willingness to learn, take initiative, and bring creative ideas to the team is just as important.


PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

Must be able to view a terminal screen and operate a computer keyboard. Must be able to sit for prolonged periods. Position may require light lifting. Frequent travel to branches and events is required.


ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Content Development: Create high-quality, consistent materials including blog posts, social media content, videos, how-to guides, and press releases that inform, promote, and connect with our audiences.
  • Social Media Management: Manage our social media presence, ensuring alignment with brand standards and contributing to a cohesive content strategy.
  • Video Creation: Assist with filming, editing, and producing video content for internal and external platforms, including occasional on-camera participation when appropriate.
  • Website Updates: Maintain and update the website to reflect current campaigns ensure an optimal user experience.
  • Event Support: Assist with event planning and coordination by addressing content needs and providing engaging involvement during events.
  • Project Assistance: Contribute to ongoing projects and initiatives by creating basic content and completing special assignments as needed.
  • Additional duties as assigned.
