Service Delivery Technician
Job Description: Senior Managed Events Producer
Role Overview:Seeking a highly skilled Senior Service Delivery Technician to join our Managed Events Services team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, managing, and producing live events for streaming broadcasts, with a focus on delivering exceptional virtual and hybrid/on-site meeting and event support.
Key Responsibilities:
Event Management: Oversee the entire lifecycle of an event, from initial planning and scheduling to execution and post-event analysis, including metrics reporting and video editing.
Web-Conferencing Expertise: Utilize web-conferencing platforms such as Microsoft Teams (preferred), Zoom, Webex, BlueJeans, GoToMeeting, etc., with a strong emphasis on Microsoft Teams Meetings and Teams Town Hall solutions.
Production and Direction: Provide support for small to large-sized virtual and hybrid/on-site meetings/events, including production and direction duties.
Internal Client Support: Offer white-glove meeting/event support for internal clients and high-profile senior leadership, ensuring an exceptional customer experience.
Project Management: Manage projects related to managed events and video conferencing using the Agile methodology.
Technical Proficiency: Possess knowledge and experience with on-site video conferencing hardware, specifically Cisco codecs and Microsoft Teams Rooms (MTRs).
Availability: Commit to working on-site 5 days a week and be flexible to work outside of normal business hours, with potential travel not exceeding 20%.
Qualifications:
Planning and Organization: Demonstrate excellent planning and organizational skills, coupled with solid business acumen.
Adaptability: Thrive in a diverse, ambiguous, and evolving environment.
Interpersonal Skills: Exhibit strong interpersonal abilities to support and interact with executives and team members.
Technical Experience: Have a background in video production and audio-visual technology.
Software Proficiency: Experience with event production software (vMix,OBS, Wirecast), NDI and RTMP protocols, and video editing software (Adobe Premiere, etc) is preferred. Proficient with general office software such as Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel.

On-site presence
Preferred candidates will have a dedicated at-home studio space with a high-speed wired internet connection.
