ABOUT HEALTHY LIVING PROGRAM

The Kin On Healthy Living aims to enable adults (aged 55+) to stay physically agility, mentally balance, and socially engaged. We hope to achieve this by offering an array of classes to promote physical fitness, creative aging, lifelong learning, technology and health education.

GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Coordinate the planning, scheduling, and delivery of programs, classes, workshops, and community activities.
  • Support program development and continuous improvement through participant feedback, needs assessments, and program evaluation.
  • Manage program logistics, including schedules, facilities, instructors, materials, and resources.
  • Coordinate participant registration, enrollment, attendance tracking, payments, and record management.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for participants, volunteers, instructors, and community members, providing customer service and program support.
  • Support community outreach, marketing, and engagement efforts through promotional materials, communications, and partnerships.
  • Coordinate volunteer and instructor communication, scheduling, onboarding, and administrative support.
  • Assist with program and event logistics, including room setup, equipment, technology, and materials.
  • Collect and maintain accurate program, participant, volunteer, and instructor records and data.
  • Support daily community center operations, facility coordination, reporting, and administrative functions.
  • Provide translation and interpretation support as needed to improve community access and engagement.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications, Knowledge and Skills

  • Bachelor?s Degree or two (2) year health promotion experience
  • Experience in health care industry is a plus
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, Google Suite, Zoom and video editing software.
  • Bilingual in English and Chinese (Mandarin/ Cantonese)
  • Candidate must be authorized to work in the United States

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:

  • Pay: $23.00/hour - $26.00/hour
