YOUR ROLE
The Brand Marketing team is seeking a highly creative, versatile, and detail-oriented Multimedia Designer to execute and modernize our visual brand identity. In this hands-on, high-production role, you will focus on bringing our brand stories to life and keeping our visual presence fresh and relevant. You will partner directly with brand stakeholders to understand project goals and translate them into clean, contemporary visual experiences across both static and moving mediums.
As a true multidisciplinary production designer, you are equally comfortable executing designs for print/digital platforms and creating video and motion content for us across platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, Meta, and YouTube. Operating across several diverse lines of business, you must thrive in a fast-paced environment-efficiently managing a high volume of graphic design projects and video edit timelines simultaneously while maintaining brand consistency and design excellence.
What you will be doing
Brand Marketing & Collaboration
  • Campaign & Strategy Alignment: Partner directly with internal brand stakeholders across multiple lines of business to understand the underlying strategy, target audience, and goals for marketing initiatives and social campaigns before design begins.
  • Brand Maintenance: Implement visual brand identities, maintaining the look and feel of our video and digital presence while ensuring all collateral across business units remains cohesive, compliant, and accessible.
  • Asset Intake & Feedback: Support the project intake, storyboarding, and review process, managing creative feedback constructively to minimize rework and keep publishing deadlines on schedule.

Print & Digital Graphic Design
  • Multichannel Asset Production: Design and deliver high-quality static assets for print (brochures, mailers, signage, presentations) and digital (websites, emails, social media, digital ads) marketing platforms.
  • Visual Problem Solving: Translate complex marketing ideas, data, and financial concepts into clean, engaging, and easy-to-understand visual layouts.

Video Editing & Motion Design
  • Video Production & Post-Production: Edit social media video content, brand videos, events, and marketing communications, sourcing and editing music, sound, and b-roll as needed.
  • Motion Graphics Execution: Create motion graphics for posts, stories, carousels, YouTube intros, and other digital content, working with creative leads to develop animated text, transitions, and branded overlays.
  • Social Optimization: Optimize video formats, specs, pacing, and storytelling techniques specifically for paid and organic social platforms to maximize audience engagement.
  • Template Utilization: Develop animated explainer videos to support product or marketing initiatives while creating reusable motion templates and asset libraries for future marketing use.

What you bring
  • Experience: 2-4 years of professional graphic design, video editing, and motion design experience in a fast-paced corporate brand or agency marketing environment (experience supporting multiple distinct lines of business or sub-brands is preferred).
  • Portfolio & Reel: A strong portfolio and video reel demonstrating deep technical knowledge of digital/print design best practices (layout, typography, web standards) paired with experience in motion and video editing skills.
  • Technical Skillset: Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite-specifically After Effects, Premiere, Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign-as well as Microsoft 365 (PowerPoint) and modern digital tools like Figma or Canva.
  • Production Agility: Proven ability to handle a high-volume workload, manage multiple edit timelines, pivot quickly between competing priorities, and meet tight publishing deadlines without sacrificing quality.
  • Strategic Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills; confident asking the right questions to extract strategic goals from business partners.
