To thrive as a Video Editor using InShot, you need a solid understanding of video composition, storytelling techniques, and familiarity with video formats, often supported by a background in multimedia or digital content creation. Proficiency with the InShot app, as well as knowledge of related tools for audio editing and effects, is crucial. As an FFA Social Media Content Creator Intern, you will be at the heart of the action — creating quick-turn, dynamic video content that highlights the stories, celebrations, and behind-the-scenes moments from one of the largest student conventions in the country. • Utilize trending sounds, formats, and social media trends to create relatable and viral content.
  • Brainstorm and pitch creative content ideas to the social media manager aligned with the event’s major themes.
  • Collaborate with the National FFA social media team to maximize reach and engagement.
  • Create a minimum of four short-form videos per day optimized for platforms such as Instagram, TikTok and Facebook.

Qualifications:

  • Experience filming and editing short-form video content on mobile.
  • Proficiency with mobile editing apps (e.g., CapCut, InShot, Adobe Rush) and basic desktop editing (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro).
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms (especially Instagram Reels, TikTok, and Facebook Reels) and trending formats.
  • Ability to work quickly and efficiently under tight deadlines.
  • Comfortable being both behind the camera and occasionally in front of it if needed.
  • Prior knowledge of FFA or agriculture is a plus but not required.

Additional Details:

  • Must be available in Indianapolis from Monday, Oct. 19, through Saturday, Oct. 24, 2026.
  • Travel expenses (airfare, hotel) and meals will be covered by the National FFA Organization.
  • A $500 project stipend will be provided.
  • This opportunity may be eligible for college credit (please coordinate with your academic advisor).

· Must be able to navigate the Indiana Convention Center and Lucas Oil Stadium to conduct interviews and create content, which may involve extended periods of walking, standing, and carrying equipment.

To Apply: Submit your resume, cover letter, portfolio, and at least four examples of social media videos you’ve created. *Video examples are required to be considered*
