The Purpose of Your Role

OCD Anxiety Centers is looking for a Marketing Specialist who is equal parts creative and operational. You'll own our social media presence, produce brand collateral, manage department projects, and keep our marketing dashboard current. This is a hands-on role for someone who can shoot a Reel and build a project tracker in the same afternoon.

Success Indicators/KPIs

  • Social Media:

    • Facebook: Grow from 2,900 to 3,400 followers (~17% growth) with an average engagement rate of 2% or higher per post

    • Instagram: Grow from 4,600 to 5,500 followers (~20% growth) with an average engagement rate of 3% or higher per post

    • LinkedIn: Grow from 4,000 to 4,700 followers (~18% growth) with an average engagement rate of 2% or higher per post

    • Post frequency: Minimum 4x/week across platforms combined, with no more than 7 consecutive days of inactivity on any account

  • Dashboard & Reporting

    • Weekly marketing dashboard published by end of business every Friday

    • Dashboard built and live within first 60 days of hire

    • Zero missed weeks after the 60-day ramp period, with a grace of 2 exceptions per year

Upon achieving these key performance indicators, your supervisor will meet with you to review progress and collaborate on establishing new performance goals that reflect continued growth and excellence.

Core Responsibilities

  • Own Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn: strategy, content creation, community management, and connecting followers to care

  • Produce short-form video, graphics, and copy that educates, engages, and grows our audience

  • Monitor DMs and comments; route individuals seeking treatment to our admissions team

  • Design and produce brochures, flyers, digital ads, and email templates

  • Manage project intake, routing, and review in Asana; own the approval process from request to delivery

  • Maintain and publish the weekly marketing dashboard

  • Draft press releases and support basic media outreach

  • Adheres to all company policies and procedures

  • Other duties as assigned

The Skills and Expertise You Have

  • 2+ years in marketing, social media, or communications

  • Proven brand account management on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and/or TikTok

  • Graphic design proficiency (Canva, Adobe Express, or similar)

  • Light video editing skills (CapCut, InShot, Premiere Rush, or equivalent)

  • Experience with marketing analytics and reporting

  • Proficient knowledge of computers, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and other computer software

  • Accurate and efficient electronic data entry

  • Must be punctual and maintain excellent attendance

  • Organized, detail-oriented, takes the initiative, and completes job responsibilities independently

  • Multitask, problem-solve, interpersonal skills, and strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Thrives in a changing work environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Background in psychology, communications, or marketing

  • Experience with content planning tools (Zoho, Hootsuite, Notion) or email marketing platforms
