About the Role

Set Fire Creative is looking for an Organic Social Media Specialist to join our growing marketing team in Lehi, UT. You'll own an organic social strategy for a portfolio of clients, building content calendars, creating graphics and videos, and serving as a trusted strategic partner who helps drive their growth. You'll work closely with our fulfillment team to deliver content on time and on-brand, and you'll have a direct hand in shaping recommendations that improve campaign performance. This is a great fit for someone early in their marketing career looking for hands-on experience, with a path toward learning paid advertising as you grow.

Essential Functions

  • Create, edit, and schedule monthly content calendars for Set Fire Creative clients.
  • Strategize, consult, and communicate with Set Fire Creative clients on a daily basis.
  • Work hand-in-hand with the fulfillment team to ensure the success of all marketing services.
  • Make recommendations for the optimization of existing campaigns.
  • Learn the ropes of digital marketing with a focus on growing revenue for Set Fire Creative and our clients.
  • Become well-versed in the leading advertising strategies and the technical skills required to run effective advertising campaigns.
  • Assist in developing standardized processes for a growing team and organization.


Qualifications:

Marketing or business degree in progress or completed (preferred but not required).

2-3 years of experience in organic social media marketing.

Live locally to Lehi, UT, and be able to commute to the office whenever necessary.

Experience in graphic design (Adobe, Canva, etc.) and basic video editing (CapCut, etc.).
