JOB SUMMARY:
Are you looking for an internship with photography and sports? Well, here's your chance to join a great company! The Utah Jazz and Utah Mammoth franchises are each looking for a hard-working Photographer/Videographer Intern to join an amazing Membership team. These Photographer/Videographer Interns will get the rare opportunity to see the inner workings of NHL & NBA memberships.
The role will focus on shooting photos for membership activations, events, and fulfillments and organizing a variety of photos. The opportunity will also focus on working game nights, so your schedule should be flexible. You must be an expert in Lightroom and have your own photography equipment. Is this you?

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Fulfill membership photo requirements.
  • Sorting and organizing photos.
  • Be able to shoot game-night and event content.
  • Work collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Fulfill photo editing requests.
  • Able to help in many areas of production when needed.
  • Take notes and execute in an on-time fashion.
  • Enrich lives by creating winning experiences and timeless memories.
  • Operate with an emphasis on safety for employees, teams, and guests.
  • Protect the legal, financial, and moral well-being of the company.
  • Other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Undergraduate Junior or Senior studying Advertising, English, Journalism, Photography, or a related field OR recent graduate.
  • Knowledge of hockey and the NHL is preferred.
  • Knowledge of basketball and the NBA is preferred.
  • Ability to work nights and weekends.
  • Previous internship experience is preferred.
  • Link with previous photo work is required.
  • Experience in Adobe Lightroom required.
  • Experience in Adobe Premiere Pro required.
  • Experience with Sony cameras preferred.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
  • This person must be able to communicate and express themselves both written and verbally.
  • This person must be able to observe, inspect, estimate and assess.
  • This person must be able to sit, stand, bend, walk, and climb stairs for long periods of time.
  • This person must be able to lift 30 lbs.
