Who You Are:

As a Video Content Producer, you will help bring HighLevel’s customer marketing, product education and event content to life through video, digital content and onsite production support.

This role is ideal for someone who is equal parts creator, operator and organizer. You have strong video editing and content creation skills, but you are also comfortable supporting onsite AV and production needs for in-office shoots, live sessions, customer events and internal productions. You know how to capture useful content in the moment, turn it into polished and practical assets and keep it organized so internal teams can easily find and use it later.

You are comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment and can move between hands-on production, content editing and asset organization without losing quality or attention to detail. You understand how to create content that is both engaging and useful, and you know that strong content operations matter just as much as strong creative.

You are someone who enjoys creating content that helps customers understand, adopt and get value from HighLevel. You are proactive, collaborative and comfortable supporting stakeholders across marketing, events, product, support and other internal teams.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Content creation and editing
  • Produce videos, tutorials, product content, podcasts, slideshows or other digital media formats to engage customers and support marketing initiatives

  • Create high-quality marketing videos and visual content that communicate complex concepts and instructions in a clear, concise and engaging way

  • Produce screen recordings, demonstrations, walkthroughs and supporting visuals that help customers understand product features and use cases

  • Collaborate with product managers, developers, support teams and marketers to gather information and translate technical topics into user-friendly content

  • Support the development of digital advertising and promotional content in partnership with internal teams

  • Continuously update and maintain existing video and digital content to reflect product changes, updates and improvements

  • Support the marketing team in maintaining a professional and consistent brand image and voice across visual content

Onsite production and AV support
  • Support onsite video and production setup for internal shoots, customer content, webinars, events and in-office productions

  • Assist with AV, lighting, audio, camera setup and basic production troubleshooting for recordings and live sessions

  • Help ensure recordings and production environments are set up cleanly and professionally before capture begins

  • Partner with internal stakeholders to support live or recorded content capture needs tied to customer marketing, events and product education

  • Assist in managing production logistics for content capture days and in-office filming sessions

  • Serve as a reliable in-room production support partner who can help content sessions run smoothly from setup through wrap

Clip farming and content organization
  • Review longer-form content and identify high-value clips that can be repurposed across teams and channels

  • Create short-form content cuts for marketing, social, paid, product and event-related use cases

  • Organize and maintain a clean, searchable library of raw footage, edited assets, clips and supporting files

  • Tag, label and structure content assets so teams can easily reference and reuse them

  • Partner with internal teams to surface the most useful content moments and make sure strong captured content does not go unused

  • Help build repeatable systems for clip extraction, file organization and content accessibility across the organization

Cross-functional collaboration
  • Collaborate with marketing and internal teams to strategize and produce creative audio, video and text-based content for various digital and event-related formats

  • Research and stay up to date with industry trends, production best practices and customer feedback to improve content quality and usability

  • Work closely with stakeholders to understand content goals, capture priorities and delivery timelines

  • Support a team environment where execution, communication and follow-through are critical

    What You’ll Bring:

To perform this role successfully, you should bring a mix of creative production skills, technical comfort, strong organization and a collaborative mindset.

You should be comfortable creating polished video content, supporting onsite production, organizing a high volume of creative assets and helping internal teams access and reuse content effectively.

You should also be able to manage multiple projects at once, communicate clearly with stakeholders and maintain a high standard of quality while working in a fast-paced environment.

    Experience/Education/Certifications Required:

    • 2–5 years of experience in video production, content creation, multimedia production, digital content or a similar role

    • Experience creating and editing video content for marketing, education, social, paid media or customer-facing channels

    • Strong video editing skills, with experience using tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, Descript or similar platforms

    • Experience supporting onsite video production, including basic camera, lighting, audio and AV setup

    • Comfort recording, producing and editing product walkthroughs, tutorials, screen recordings, demos and short-form video content

    • Strong eye for storytelling, pacing, visual quality and audience engagement

    • Strong organizational skills, especially around file management, asset tagging, content libraries and keeping creative assets easy to find and reuse

    • Ability to identify high-value clips from longer-form content and repurpose them into useful short-form assets

    • Ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines and stakeholders without sacrificing quality or accuracy

    • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain production needs, timelines and creative requirements clearly

    • High attention to detail and a commitment to delivering polished, accurate and useful content

    • Ability to work independently while collaborating closely with marketing, events, product, support and other internal teams

    • A portfolio or reel showcasing previous video, content creation, editing or production work

    Nice to have
    • Experience working in SaaS, technology, product education or customer marketing

    • Experience creating content for YouTube, social media, paid ads, webinars, podcasts or live events

    • Experience managing or organizing large libraries of raw footage, clips and final creative assets

    • Experience with livestream, podcast, webinar or event production workflows

    • Familiarity with HighLevel or similar CRM, marketing automation or SaaS platforms

    • Basic motion graphics or animation experience

    • Basic understanding of paid social and short-form creative best practice

    • Comfort working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment where priorities can shift quickly
