Position Summary

Honest Abe Roofing is seeking a highly organized, creative, and growth-minded Brand & Content Manager to lead content execution and support brand communication across the company. This role will oversee social media, content planning, brand consistency, and communication efforts across multiple markets. The right candidate will be able to think strategically while also handling day-to-day execution. This is not just a posting role. This person will help us create better content, maintain brand standards, and support broader marketing efforts including social, email, blogs, public relations, and franchise communications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and execute the company's social media presence across platforms including Facebook, Instagram, and Google Business Profiles
  • Build and maintain monthly and weekly content calendars
  • Coordinate with internal team members and outside partners on graphics, video, and campaign assets
  • Turn field content, project photos, testimonials, and company updates into branded marketing content
  • Help maintain brand consistency across all locations and channels
  • Support franchise locations with content direction, communication, and brand standards
  • Assist with email marketing campaigns, blog content, and written communication projects
  • Support public relations opportunities, announcements, and brand storytelling efforts
  • Monitor engagement, comments, messages, and general community activity across platforms
  • Track performance and provide simple, useful reporting on content and channel performance
