No matter what brings you here, you'll jump into a part-time job surrounded by awesome American-made products and super cool customers. Plus, you'll join a team of friendly co-workers who bring a mix of backgrounds and experiences, making this part-time job something really special and rewarding. 

As a part-time, Weekend Outlet Associate / Sales Floor & Product Handler, you take pride in crafting exceptional experiences for our customers and consider it a privilege to help support their selection across a diverse range of high-quality home furnishing products. While you thrive in independently assisting customers, you also appreciate the synergy of teamwork. Your dynamic approach allows you to tackle a fast-paced environment, where you spend a portion of your time on your feet, actively moving and arranging products on the showroom floor, and the rest of your time providing support to customers on the floor.

Schedule: Saturdays from 9:30AM to 4:30PM & Sundays from 10:30AM to 4:30PM (average of 5 weekend shifts per month) 


Location: 4600 Olson Memorial, Golden Valley, MN (Hwy 100 & 55)

As a part-time weekend Outlet Associate in our outlet, you’ll be responsible for:

  • Actively looking for ways to answer questions, offer solutions, and engage with customers
  • Processing sales orders using a computer system that maintains customer and sales information
  • Moving and placing furniture/product to and from the showroom floor
  • Using tools to move all furniture
  • Wrapping upholstery for delivery

The qualities you’ll bring to be successful as a part-time weekend Outlet Associate :

  • High level of professionalism and a passion to represent our brand
  • Desire to focus on serving the customer with agility, confidence, and enthusiasm
  • Strong attention to detail

You'll also bring the following skills and requirements as a part-time weekend Outlet Associate :

  • Ability to work in a physical-natured role with the need to move furniture, including heavy/bulky items using furniture moving equipment and a partner as needed
  • Placing and re-arranging product onto the showroom floor
  • Ability to think quickly in order to efficiently process sales
  • Comfortable leveraging technology to support our customers
  • Previous retail sales experience is preferred
  • Ability to provide proof of identity and legal work authorization upon hire

Position Requirements for the weekend Outlet Associate role:

  • Ability to consistently lift and mobilize furniture and accessories, while utilizing appropriate equipment and adhering to safety guidelines
