TheSr. Analyst,Video and Programmatic Media (VPM)position is an opportunity to take the nextstepat a fast-growing company that has the highest standards for talent, fun, and client success. Their role will play a pivotal part in helping Ovative continue our journey toward measuring and optimizing paid media to the true enterprise impact, not solely ecommerce impacts.

Responsibilities of anVPMSr. Analyst:

Cross-functional strategy & thought leadership:

  • Act as a subject matter expert for Video and Audio Media strategies (e.g.CTV, OLV, YouTube, streaming audio; TV/Radio a plus) by continually evolving Ovative's approach to best practices, vetting and partnering with new technology companies, managing planning and execution tools, and staying on top of emerging trends

  • Develop and drive forwardholistic cross-platformvideo andmedia strategies and roadmaps aligned with client program growthgoals

  • Understand and find synergieswith other paid mediachannels within the client mix in partnershipacross activateteams

Mediamanagement & execution:

  • Lead day-to-day management,execution,and optimization of clientvideo and audioprograms including:

  • Campaign planning,strategyand plan documentation

  • Campaign tactics, audiencebuild-out andoptimization

  • DSPAlgorithmic and manual bidding strategy and optimization

  • Test ideation, planning, and management

  • Analysis, reporting andinsights

  • Creative management and trafficking execution

  • Inventorymanagement

  • Strategic partner management

  • Ad Verification Tool strategy and analytics

Client relationship management:

  • Demonstrate an understanding of client business/industry and how their work connects to the broader project and clientgoals

  • Lead day-to-day management of clientVideo and Audioprograms including:

  • Clearly defining program objectives, tactics and KPIs

  • Developing and delivering client communication

  • Buildvideo/audio-specificstrategies for clients and lead tactical planning andexecution

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience directly responsible for enterprise-level Video/Audio Advertising or related programswith digital videoand audioexpertise across YouTube, online video, CTV, Streaming Audio and Podcasts

  • Proven mastery of the following:

  • Performance based, direct response marketingprograms

  • Programmatic Trading via self-service DSPs (The Trade Desk, DV360, or others)

  • Execution with ad servingtoolsand technology (The Trade Desk, Google Ads,DCMetc.)

  • Ad Verification Tool usage (DoubleVerify, MOAT, IAS, etc.)

  • External partner management

  • Solid analytical background demonstrating the ability to understand business problems, analyze trends, drawconclusionsand make actionable recommendations;Proven track record of success driving strongresults

  • Great communication and client management skills

  • Sound conceptual and analytical problem-solving skills

  • Exceptional attention to detail

  • Ability to work independently and drive efforts from start tofinish

Pay Transparency

AtOvative, we offer a transparent view into three core components of your total compensation package: Base Salary, Annual Bonus, and Benefits. The salary range for this position below is inclusive of an annual bonus.Actual offers are made with consideration for relevant experience and anticipated impact. Additional benefits information is provided below.

For our Sr. Analyst positions, our compensation ranges from $62,000 to $93,000, which is inclusive of a 15% bonus.
