We are seeking a Partner Manager to join our Prime Video Add-ons team

This individual will manage work streams, processes and mechanisms to drive strong external partner relationships and contribute to building a product that will immediately excite customers.
This role is inherently cross-functional and involves working closely with design, marketing, operations, and finance. A successful candidate will be analytical, resourceful, customer focused, team oriented, communicative and will have the ability to work independently under time constraints. They will have experience in a fast-paced business environment

They will show proactivity by being able to deliver on deadlines. This person will have the ability to work with others to deliver results.
Key job responsibilities
- Establish, manage, and grow relationships/partnerships with content providers.
- Develop and execute project plans, collaborating with internal teams across all functional areas within Prime Video to deepen partnerships and drive customer engagement.
- Report on key performance indicators to senior partner managers and propose initiatives to improve business performance.
- Analyze partner performance to present data-driven recommendations and growth opportunities.
- Gather and understand customer and partner needs (both existing and potential), using that knowledge to advocate for delivery of Prime Video features that provide Amazon customers and partners with a high quality experience.
- Identify problems quickly by gathering data using any tools necessary and working with other to solve them.
- Monitor competitors/industry developments.
A day in the life
A Partner Manager for Prime Video Add-ons will frequently start their day going through partners' requests and connecting with other internal teams to complete these requests

On a weekly cadence they will review metrics to track performance of specific titles and initiatives. They regularly monitor the customer experience inside the Prime Video app and validate correct execution of marketing campaigns. They normally sync on a monthly or bi-monthly cadence with multiple content partners to discuss upcoming opportunities.

Also, they work closely with other teams like Finance, Legal and Marketing as well as other Partner Managers to develop and implement initiatives to drive growth and engagement.
