Job description

Victory Program Representative

Campus Victory Project is seeking a highly-skilled, professional, and motivated individual for the Campus Victory Project department. The Victory Program Representative (VPR) will be tasked with identifying leadership potential, addressing student educational and career goals, and providing resources and grants to assist students in developing leadership opportunities on campus. To do so, VPR's begin by thoroughly researching students and the campus culture of the universities in their assigned geographic territories. From there, VPR's proceed to meet with students on campus to begin the process of identifying and recruiting prominent students to run for Student Government. Ultimately, Victory Program Representatives will build strong relationships with students and support their overall growth and development both on and off campus, effectively serving as mentors to various students across the country. VPR's work closely with their Field Managers, other members of their designated regional team out in the field and the Victory Program Administrators stationed at CVP HQ in Phoenix, Arizona.
