As a remote position based out of Macon, Georgia, this role allows for great flexibility while also offering the option of in-person sessions at our outpatient office as needed. • Conduct thorough assessments, evaluations, and individualized therapy plans tailored to meet client needs.
• Provide evidence-based therapeutic techniques, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused therapy.
• Engage in both individual and group therapy sessions, effectively addressing various mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges.
• Maintain meticulous clinical documentation and records in compliance with ethical and legal standards.
• Actively participate in ongoing professional development and training workshops to remain adept in the latest mental health practices.

• A Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Counseling, or a related field is required.
• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Georgia is mandatory.
• At least two years of prior experience in a clinical counseling setting is essential.
• Strong knowledge of legal and ethical standards governing counseling practices.
• Demonstrated ability to build rapport and communicate effectively with clients from diverse backgrounds.

• Experience and specialization in areas such as family therapy, couples therapy, substance misuse, trauma, or other psychiatric disorders is highly desirable.
• Familiarity and proficiency with electronic medical record (EMR) software and relevant technology applications.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to enhance client care.

The position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 70,000 to 110,000 annually, in addition to performance bonuses. Our comprehensive benefits package includes:
