About VICO

VICO has built the world's first AI-driven probabilistic forecasting and scenario generation platform designed to provide decision superiority for financial institutions, governments, and strategic decision-makers. Our forecasts are available on the Bloomberg Terminal and already in use by finance and government customers.

We are a Venture Capital funded, revenue-generating, very fast-growing AI company entering our customer delivery phase and are looking for a founding sales leader to help bring VICO to market.

About the Role

We are hiring a Head of Sales to drive enterprise adoption.

You will be responsible for originating and closing commercial relationships with:

  • Hedge funds
  • Asset managers
  • Investment banks
  • Government organizations
  • Strategic corporate clients
What You'll Do
  • Build and manage VICO's enterprise sales pipeline
  • Originate relationships with institutional clients
  • Lead the full sales cycle from introduction to contract
  • Develop pricing, packaging, and commercial strategy
  • Work closely with leadership to refine product-market fit
  • Help shape strategic partnerships and distribution
What We're Looking For
  • 10+ years of experience in enterprise SaaS, data, or fintech sales
  • Strong existing relationships across buy and sell side financial markets
  • Experience selling data products, analytics platforms, or trading tools
  • Comfortable operating in an early-stage startup environment
  • Strong ability to translate complex technology into clear commercial value
Compensation

$150,000 - $250,000 + company options, with opportunity for compensation tied to revenue performance.

Compensation will vary based on experience, performance, and location.
