Job Description

THE OPPORTUNITY

Would you like to join an incredibly talented group of people, doing very challenging work, with the prime directive of "Keeping Our Heroes Connected"?

Silvus Technologies is seeking a Principal Product Line Manager who will report to the Vice President of Product on the Product team. The successful individual in this role will lead the strategy, roadmap, and lifecycle of capabilities supporting Electronic Warfare (EW) and RF (Radio Frequency) sensing applications.

This position is located at Silvus Technologies' Engineering and R&D Office in Irvine, CA, near the vibrant Irvine Spectrum and is on a hybrid schedule. A minimum of 4 days onsite per week is expected, with the occasional visit to Silvus HQ in West Los Angeles. On-site days are Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays. This opportunity is well suited for an entrepreneurial technologist who enjoys interacting with customers, has a healthy sense of adventure, and enjoys traveling.

This role will define how Silvus' product portfolio evolves to provide:

  • Electronic Support (ES), Electronic Attack (EA), and Electronic Protection (EP)
  • Distributed sensing modalities
  • GPS denied positioning
  • Counter UAS effects
  • Sensor-enabled radios and standalone sensing systems

The role serves as the capability owner for EW and Sensing, translating mission needs into scalable product capabilities and guiding investment decisions across both communications and sensing domains.

As Principal Product Line Manager, this position owns the success of our tactical EW sensor product line. This position will:

  • Own the product roadmap and collaborate with engineering, business development, and leadership to align priorities.
  • Support and drive pilot programs, field tests, and customer engagements.
  • Ultimately be responsible for the market and mission success of the product.

The following is a list of at least some of the current essential job functions of the position. Management may assign or reassign duties and responsibilities at any time at its discretion.
