Your Impact

Lead the Women's Business
   Set the vision, strategy, and growth agenda for Under Armour Women's globally.
   Champion the Women's consumer and define how the brand wins in the marketplace.
   Identify growth opportunities, emerging trends, and strategic priorities that drive the business forward.

Shape the Brand
   Own the Women's brand positioning, storytelling, and seasonal direction.
   Partner across Marketing and regional teams to deliver impactful campaigns and consumer experiences.
   Ensure a consistent and compelling Women's brand presence worldwide.

Drive Product & Consumer Strategy
   Define the Women's product vision across categories.
   Guide innovation, investment priorities, and portfolio opportunities through a consumer-first lens.
   Align cross-functional teams around a unified strategy that fuels growth.

Influence Design & Portfolio Direction
   Partner with Design leaders to create a distinctive Women's aesthetic and premium consumer experience.
   Shape franchise priorities, portfolio investments, and growth platforms across the business.
   Ensure consistency and cohesion across the Women's product offering.

Deliver Marketplace Success
   Lead cross-functional alignment across Product, Merchandising, Marketing, and Regional teams.
   Drive go-to-market excellence and seasonal execution.
   Ensure the Women's strategy comes to life consistently across channels and markets.

Own Business Performance
   Serve as the enterprise owner of the Women's business performance and growth agenda.
   Partner with Finance, Planning, and Supply Chain to drive results and investment decisions.

Lead Through Influence
   Act as the connective leader across multiple functions and regions.
   Build alignment around one Women's vision, one strategy, and one consumer experience.

Qualifications

What You'll Bring
   Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Merchandising, Retail Management, Fashion, Consumer Products, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience. MBA or advanced degree preferred.
   15+ years of leadership experience in apparel, footwear, retail, consumer products, or a related industry.
   Minimum of 5 years in a leadership role.
   Proven success building and growing brands, categories, or consumer-driven businesses at scale.
   Strong strategic, commercial, and financial acumen with experience influencing business performance.
   Ability to lead across complex, matrixed organizations and drive alignment among senior stakeholders.
   Experience partnering across Product, Design, Merchandising, Marketing, Planning, and Commercial teams.
   Passion for understanding consumers, identifying trends, and translating insights into growth opportunities.
   Exceptional communication, storytelling, and executive presence.
   Demonstrated success developing high-performing teams and future leaders.

Bonus Points If You Have

   Experience leading global or multi-regional businesses

Workplace Location
  • Location: This individual must reside within commuting distance from our Baltimore (HQ) or New York City office. 
  • Work Schedule: This role follows a hybrid work schedule, requiring 4 days in-office per week.

Base Compensation

$250,000.00-$300,000.00 USD

Most new hires fall within this range and have the opportunity to earn more over time. Initial placement within the salary range, however, is based on an individual's relevant knowledge, skills and experience for the position. UA is committed to helping our teammates succeed and advance in their careers. Base salary is only one component of our competitive Total Rewards package.
