Location: Las Vegas, NV (Division-wide oversight across NV & CA facilities)


Schedule: Full-Time – Days – No Weekends | 25–35% Travel Required


Compensation: $165,000 – $238,992/year (based on experience)


Bonus: Incentive Bonus up to 17.5%


Position Overview

A major healthcare system is seeking a Vice President of Pharmacy Services to lead pharmaceutical operations across multiple hospitals in Nevada and California. This executive role provides strategic oversight of hospital pharmacy departments, cost-containment initiatives, and regulatory readiness. The VP will serve as a subject matter expert for the Division CEO and COO, advancing pharmacy services and driving performance improvements across the region.


Key Responsibilities

  • Provide leadership for pharmacy clinical services, operations, compliance, and expense management
  • Oversee division-wide pharmacy departments and drive cost-efficiency strategies
  • Collaborate with facility leaders to advance patient care and pharmacy excellence
  • Lead a team of 6 Directors of Pharmacy and 4 Division Team Members
  • Develop and implement business models to optimize pharmacy outcomes
  • Build and maintain strategic relationships across Supply Chain, HealthTrust, and executive leadership


Required Qualifications

  • B.S. in Pharmacy required; PharmD, MBA, or MS preferred
  • Licensed Pharmacist (must obtain NV licensure within 6 months)
  • Minimum 5 years progressive pharmacy management in multi-site acute care (retail not considered)
  • Proven executive leadership presence with success in team-building and cost-containment
  • Eligible backgrounds: high-level Director, Chief Pharmacy Officer, Division/Market Director, or current VP


Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary: $164,860 – $238,992/year
  • Bonus: Up to 17.5% incentive
