The Opportunity
We are looking for an accomplished Vice President to join our Structured Finance team as part of our financial services business in Delaware. As part of our Delawareteamyou will:
  • exercising fiduciary duties, reviewing transaction documents, coordinating the client acceptance process;
  • delivering high levels of client service while ensuring that each client relationship is compliant with internal policies and procedures;
  • additional duties will involve assisting with the management of junior staff and involvement with ad hoc projects and potentially representing the Maples Group at various industry association events as required
What You Bring
In addition to indisputably high ethical standards and autonomy, the ideal candidate possesses the following:
  • bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance or related business discipline or equivalent work experience is required;
  • must have5- 7years of demonstrated successful track record in a diverse Corporate Trustor Corporate Fiduciary servicesenvironment;
  • experience in reviewingand negotiatingtransaction documents;
  • knowledge of corporate governance, relevant local laws and regulatory requirements is a must;
  • experience liaising with lawyers, investment managers, institutional investors, administrators and other transaction parties located in various international jurisdictions is required

  • superb attention to detail, professionalism, excellent organizational skills, and a team-first mentality;
  • be a self-starter with the ability to handle a complex and diverse workload;
  • strong drafting, critical thinking and communicationskills;
  • sound working knowledge of all Windows applications;

  • excellenttime management, organizational, prioritization and communication skills, both verbal and written (fluent written and oral English).
