VP, Production & Sales is the executive leader responsible for the overall success and strategic direction of Jacuzzi Bath Remodel. This role provides vision and oversight for production and sales operations, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and long-term strategy. The role will lead cross-functional teams with a focus on strategic planning, operational excellence, and continuous improvement. By optimizing resources, developing talent, and driving seamless execution across functions, the VP will play a critical role in delivering profitability, scalable growth, and a best-in-class customer experience.

KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Leadership:

  • Develop and implement the company's overall strategy and vision for growth and profitability
  • Advance strategic plans to maximize returns, minimize risks, and establish short and long-term goals
  • Responsible for driving innovation and adapting to industry trends
  • Provide visionary leadership by setting clear expectations and development goals
  • Analyze market trends to foresee challenges and identify opportunities
  • Manage budgeting, forecasting, and cost control for overall financial health and profitability
  • Foster a positive work environment, promote talent development including coaching, mentoring and succession planning
  • Prepare and deliver executive-level reports and strategic recommendations to C-suite and owners

Production & Installation Operations:

  • Lead continuous improvement efforts to optimize production and installation processes across all locations
  • Responsible for driving a safety-minded culture and ensuring a safe work environment. Ensure compliance with company standards for cost control, waste reduction, quality, OSHA, safety, and complete and on-time delivery
  • Deliver expected results in five key areas: Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost and Inventory (SQDCI)
  • Cross-functional relationships with Jacuzzi Inc. Operations, Customer Service, Finance, Supply Chain, and Quality teams to ensure seamless, customer-first execution

Sales Strategy & Execution:

  • Drive sales performance by establishing targets and monitoring KPI metrics.
  • Oversight of big-box retail program and strategic expansion, including high-level relationship management
  • Establish strategic pricing per market to ensure competitive positioning and profitability

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 15+ years of progressive leadership experience in construction/remodeling and B2C sales
  • Proven track record to develop and scale a national operations and sales management team
  • Strong financial acumen, with demonstrated success in budget oversight, forecasting, resource planning and sound financial decision making
  • Technical expertise in ERP/MRP systems (Infor/LN a plus) and Salesforce (CRM)
  • Proficiency to make informed and timely decisions, especially under pressure, and effectively resolve conflicts and issues as they arise
  • Data-driven mindset with expertise in forecasting, budgeting, and performance analysis
  • Expertise in leading, managing, and developing large, cross-functional teams
  • Ability to inspire and cultivate a high-performing, collaborative team environment
  • Ability to travel up to 50% of the time
