This senior leadership role focuses on client acquisition, relationship management, and strategic partnerships to enhance the firm’s market presence while driving revenue. Reporting directly to the President & Managing Partner, the Principal will collaborate closely across the organization. Additionally, the successful candidate will build relationships with the Tier4 Group team, with expectations of securing and providing collaborative support.


What You'll Do:

  • Strategic Growth: Drive growth, profitability, and market positioning for a newly established division of Tier4 Group, a well-established, women-owned technology staffing firm with over a decade of success.
  • Client Acquisition: Leverage your expertise in Retained Search and existing book of business to drive client acquisition and relationship management.
  • Market Positioning: Develop strategies to enhance Retained's presence in the market, securing new partnerships and opportunities.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Cultivate strong relationships with clients, partners, and internal teams to foster collaboration and impactful results.
