JOB SUMMARY 

The Vice President, Sales is responsible for leading and executing the company’s sales and business development strategy for the Service Division. This role drives revenue growth, market expansion, customer development, and strategic partnerships to expand the company’s service offerings and strengthen long-term customer relationships.

JOB LOCATION

Phoenix, AZ strongly preferred for in-office collaboration, alternatively remote within the US.


Responsibilities

  • Lead sales and business development initiatives aligned with company growth objectives for the Service Division.
  • Develop and expand relationships with new and existing customers to drive revenue growth and long-term customer partnerships.
  • Partner with Service operational leadership to align sales strategies with operational capabilities, customer needs, and market opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strategic industry partnerships and customer relationships that support incremental growth and profitability.
  • Collaborate with marketing and leadership teams to evaluate market trends, customer demands, competitive landscape, and growth opportunities within the service market.
  • Lead or support contract negotiations in collaboration with legal and Service operational leadership as needed.
  • Maintain accurate customer and pipeline activity within CRM systems and sales reporting tools.
  • Support development of sales forecasts, pipeline reporting, and strategic account planning.
  • Identify and evaluate potential acquisition or partnership opportunities through industry relationships and market knowledge where applicable.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Service operations, finance, marketing, and leadership teams to support customer satisfaction and successful service delivery.
  • Drive a culture of accountability, collaboration, customer focus, and operational partnership.
  • Embody and promote the CoolSys CARES culture (Collaboration, Accountability, Respect, Empowerment, Safety).
  • Perform other duties and strategic initiatives as assigned.

Qualifications

Education / Training

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field preferred.
  • MBA preferred.

 

Work Experience / Skills

  • 7–10 years of experience in marketing and sales leadership roles.
  • Experience within the commercial and industrial service industry for HVAC, refrigeration, facilities management, mechanical services, or related service organizations.
  • Strong consultative sales, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive revenue growth, develop strategic partnerships, and expand market presence.
  • Strong executive presence and ability to influence customers, Service operational leaders, and executive stakeholders.
  • Experience managing complex sales cycles, strategic accounts, and multi-functional customer relationships.
