Job description

Hueman People Solutions is hiring a Life Sciences Sales Executive. This position sits under the PrincetonOne brand, selling specialized recruitment process outsourcing (RPO) services to pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and medical device organizations.

The ideal candidate for the Life Sciences Sales Executive at Hueman People Solutions will be an experienced sales professional with a proven record of new business development in life sciences RPO or staffing. This role covers the full product life cycle — discovery and preclinical research, clinical development, regulatory submission, and commercial manufacturing and distribution. It requires credible, consultative conversations with R&D, Clinical, Regulatory, Quality, Manufacturing, and Talent Acquisition leaders about how hiring needs change as a program advances.

As the Life Sciences Sales Executive, you will:

•         Cultivate new business with pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and medical device prospects hiring across the development and commercial life cycle, through outreach and sales presentations by phone and in person

•         Generate leads using social media and online sourcing tools to identify prospects scaling R&D, clinical, regulatory, manufacturing, and supply chain teams

•         Manage prospects through the entire sales process, translating hiring needs at any stage of the life cycle into RPO service solutions

•         Speak credibly about both early-stage needs (IND/IDE-enabling studies, clinical trials) and commercial-stage needs (GMP manufacturing, CMO/CDMO oversight, cold chain), positioning PrincetonOne as a specialized life sciences partner, not a generalist staffing vendor

•         Identify expansion opportunities as clients progress from clinical development into commercial manufacturing

•         Generate relationships and leads at life sciences conferences spanning R&D, clinical development, manufacturing, and supply chain

•         Manage the sales funnel in the CRM and partner with PrincetonOne and Hueman leadership on long-term relationships

To be successful in the role, you must possess:

•         Bachelor’s Degree or higher preferred

•         6+ years of RPO or staffing sales experience specifically within the life sciences, biotech, and/or medical device sector, ideally spanning both development-stage and commercial-stage organizations

•         Able to sell across multiple buyer types — R&D, Clinical, Regulatory, Quality, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain leaders

•         Adept at fostering relationships quickly, in person and telephonically; an existing network of HR, Talent Acquisition, or life sciences functional leaders preferred

•         Exceptional listening, verbal, and written communication skills, with consultative sales and negotiation experience preferred

•         Proficient use of Microsoft Suite products, Customer Relationship Management (CRM) databases, and LinkedIn

•         Self-starter, self-motivated, and team-oriented, able to identify the largest opportunity and manage time accordingly, with experience working remotely

Life Sciences Industry Knowledge:

Working fluency is required across the following:

•         Regulatory pathways: IND and IDE submissions; 510(k), De Novo, and PMA device pathways; NDA/BLA filings; and FDA expedited programs and their effect on hiring urgency

•         Standards and compliance: GLP, GCP, and cGMP requirements; ISO 13485 for medical devices; and quality systems fundamentals including deviation management and CAPA

•         Clinical development: clinical trial phase structure and how staffing needs shift across Phase I, II, and III, including NDA/BLA-driven hiring ramp-up

•         Outsourcing and supply chain: the roles of CROs, CMOs, and CDMOs; how sponsors structure internal vs. outsourced clinical and manufacturing teams; technology transfer; and cold chain distribution

The Types of Roles You’ll Be Selling to Win:

Candidates must be intimately familiar with the roles clients hire for at every stage, including:

•         Discovery & preclinical: Research and Senior Scientists; Medicinal and Process Chemists; Formulation Scientists; Toxicologists; Preclinical Study Directors

•         Regulatory & compliance: Regulatory Affairs Associates and Managers (IND, IDE, 510(k), PMA submissions); IND-Enabling Studies Managers; Regulatory and GMP Compliance Managers

•         Clinical development & data: Clinical Research Associates; Clinical Trial and Clinical Project Managers; Clinical Operations Managers; Medical Monitors and Medical Directors; Biostatisticians; Clinical Data Managers; Drug Safety Associates; Medical Writers

•         Manufacturing & tech transfer: Manufacturing Engineers and Managers; Process Engineers; Production Supervisors; Validation Engineers; CMC Managers; External Manufacturing and CMO/CDMO Program Managers

•         Quality, planning & logistics: Quality Assurance Managers and Directors; Quality Control Analysts and Managers; Supply Chain and Demand Planners; Logistics and Distribution Managers; Cold Chain Logistics Specialists

Compensation and Benefits:

•         Base salary of $105- 155k based on experience plus uncapped commission structure

•         Paid time off (PTO)

•         Health, dental, vision, and life insurance

•         Traditional and Roth 401(k) options with company match

•         Leadership development and career advancement opportunities

•         Community service events

•         Wellness and mental health support

•         A fun work environment that emphasizes togetherness, diversity, and collaboration
