Job Description

Position Summary

Agilent Technologies is seeking a visionary, enterprise-minded leader to oversee Strategic Network Planning across the company's global manufacturing and supply ecosystem. This role serves as the enterprise architect for Agilent's endtoend manufacturing, supplier, and distribution network-shaping how site roles, capacity placement, interdependencies, and longterm structural decisions evolve to support growth, resilience, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

1. Enterprise Network Strategy & Scenario Design

- Own the enterprise network strategy, including design principles and target endstate architecture.

- Develop longterm network scenarios defining site roles, capacity placement, flow strategies, and optimization options.

- Assess how shifts in demand, portfolio, tariffs, and global conditions affect optimal network design.

2. LongTerm Capacity & Network Planning

- Define enterprise strategies for network load balancing, resilience, and service optimization.

- Translate network scenarios into practical options and tradeoffs for integrated business planning and capital investments.

- Align site roles, capacity positioning, and intersite flows with Global Manufacturing.

3. Network Modeling, Analytics & Decision Support

- Maintain robust network models to evaluate scenarios and tradeoffs.

- Communicate strategies to global stakeholders.

- Support enterprise planning forums with insights and recommendations.

4. Governance, Enablement & Enterprise Alignment

- Establish governance mechanisms enabling networkfirst decisionmaking.

- Align network strategy with Finance, IT, Supply Chain Planning, Logistics, and Manufacturing.

- Consolidate technology stacks, data, and workforce models.

Qualifications

Required:

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, Business, or related field

- 10+ years senior leadership experience in network or manufacturing strategy

- Experience designing global manufacturing and supply networks

- Strong strategic and financial acumen

Preferred:

- Advanced degree (MS, MBA, PhD)

- Experience in regulated environments

- Background in digital supply chain or enterprise transformation

Additional Details

This job has a full time weekly schedule. Our pay ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
