Job Description VP of Sales Location: Remote Compensation: $250,000 base salary, 4500,000 OTE Industry: B2B SaaS, HRtech Employment Type: Full-time Our client is an innovative and rapidly scaling HR technology company helping organizations modernize how they attract, manage, engage, and retain talent. With strong momentum in the market and a growing enterprise customer base, they are looking to hire a Vice President of Sales to lead the next phase of revenue growth. This is a unique opportunity for a commercially minded sales leader who not only knows how to scale teams, but also deeply understands the economics behind SaaS growth, including deal structure, unit economics, forecasting accuracy, CAC efficiency, pipeline conversion metrics, and long-term revenue strategy.

The Role Our client is seeking a remote VP of Sales to build and scale a high-performing revenue organization focused on sustainable, predictable growth. This individual will play a key role in helping the business scale from approximately $10M ARR toward $30M+ ARR, bringing the operational rigor, strategic leadership, and analytical mindset required to navigate that growth stage successfully. The ideal candidate is both a builder and operator.

Someone who can coach teams, win enterprise deals, and confidently operate within the numbers behind the business. Key Responsibilities Lead and scale the sales organization across mid-market and enterprise HR tech accounts Own revenue forecasting, pipeline management, sales performance metrics, and quota attainment Drive scalable go-to-market strategies aligned with company growth objectives Build and optimize sales processes, compensation plans, KPIs, and operational cadence Partner closely with Finance and executive leadership to understand and improve deal economics, CAC efficiency, ARR growth, retention, and overall revenue performance Analyze conversion metrics across the funnel and identify opportunities to improve productivity and predictability Personally support complex enterprise sales cycles and strategic customer relationships Recruit, mentor, and develop top-performing sales talent within a remote environment Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to improve customer acquisition and expansion outcomes What They're Looking For Proven experience as a VP of Sales or senior sales executive within HR tech, HCM, talent acquisition technology, workforce management, or broader B2B SaaS Demonstrated success helping scale a SaaS business from approximately $10M ARR to $30M+ ARR Strong command of SaaS sales metrics and financial drivers, including pipeline conversion, CAC, LTV, payback periods, forecasting accuracy, retention, and expansion revenue Experience building repeatable and scalable sales processes in high-growth environments Strong executive presence with the ability to engage both customers and board-level stakeholders Hands-on leadership style with the ability to operate strategically while staying close to the business Experience leading and scaling distributed or remote sales teams Compensation & Benefits $250,000 base salary $400,000 OTE with uncapped upside Equity participation Fully remote opportunity Executive leadership role with significant influence on company growth and strategy This opportunity is ideal for a data-driven sales leader who thrives in high-growth environments and wants to play a meaningful role in scaling a category-defining HR technology business.
