Role Overview

Sodexo provides college campuses with food, nutrition, environmental, and facilities management solutions. Joining us at one of our campus sites enables you to positively influence college students' well-being and create a healthy learning environment.

Sodexo seeks a strategic finance leader to oversee financial and commercial operations for its Campus segment. This Vice President, Finance role partners closely with Operations, Sales, and Legal to drive performance, ensure financial accuracy, and support business growth. This role reports to the segment CFO.

This is a remote position.

What You'll Do
  • Lead financial planning, forecasting, and performance analysis.
  • Align segment goals with regional and Group Finance strategies.
  • Collaborate with Operations to close performance gaps and resolve billing issues.
  • Oversee commercial finance, including deal structuring, risk management, and contract negotiations.
  • Support sales with financial modeling and ensure compliance with legal and commercial standards.
  • Educate teams on financial and commercial best practices.
  • Partnering with Segment Chief Operating Officer (COO)
  • Managing a team of Finance Directors and Professionals.

What You Bring
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, related field, or relevant industry experience
  • FP&A background would be extremely helpful in this role.
  • 10+ years of finance experience, including 3+ years at the Director level.
  • Experience in the Foodservice/Contract Management business is highly preferred.
  • Proven leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
  • FP&A background would be extremely helpful in this role.
  • Strong background in commercial finance, contract negotiation, and legal frameworks.
