This position will be a hybrid work arrangement. You will receive 18 remote workdays per quarter to use at your discretion, subject to manager approval. For example, you may choose to work in the office 4 days per week and take one remote day weekly (typically 13 weeks per quarter), leaving 5 additional remote days to be used as needed.
As a Quantitative Product Manager, you will ignite your passion for product innovation by leading the customer-centric development of groundbreaking quantitative products to support private market investors. You will remove barriers to success by encouraging creative solutions and champion the culture of continuous innovation.
The ideal candidate is someone who has:
  • Successful track-record of launching digital products from conception through market commercialization, particularly for financial products and/or products for institutional investors.
  • Proven history of driving product decisions through a deep understanding of customer journeys, consistently prioritizing customer beliefs and behaviors to define the product strategy and roadmap.
  • A bias toward action and hands-on approach to driving implementation.
  • An ability to enhance adoption of key product lifecycle activities including discovery, ideation, strategic development, requirements definition, and value management.
  • Experience inspiring change within organizations and leading team members across multiple functions.
  • Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills.

What you will do:
  • Partner with Custom Solutions and Quantitative Investment Science teams to drive execution of the digital product vision, with ownership of the implementation of the product roadmap to achieve business goals.
  • Lead the entire product lifecycle through planning, execution, and developing new products and features, implementing those features, improving infrastructure, and supporting the business.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and directly engage with customers to gather insights and validate product assumptions.
  • Translate customer needs into product capabilities via collaboration with product users/engineering teams.
  • Serve as first line business development resource; evangelize products and drive release with customers.
  • Responsible for product performance, accountable for investing in enhancements to achieve business goals.
  • Mentor the development team on industry-leading product development practices, such as solution generation, market research, storyboarding, mind-mapping, prototyping methods, product adoption strategies, and product delivery.

What you bring:
  • Extensive knowledge of product development life cycle, technical design, quantitative and data analytics.
  • Experience integrating customer insights into product development.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of investments, asset allocation, portfolio optimization, and cash flow modeling techniques.
  • Outstanding communication skills and strong ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and senior leadership.
  • Results oriented. Innovative mind set. Comfortable taking initiative.

Education Preferred
  • Master of Arts (M.A) / Master of Science (M.S) / Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Business, Digital Product Management / Development, Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, or equivalent experience

Experience
  • 10+ Years digital product leadership in Investment or FinTech sectors preferred
  • Prior experience in Private Equity, Alternative Investments, and/or Institutional Investors preferred
  • Familiarity with data science, quantitative modeling, and/or statistical techniques is a plus

Base Salary Range
$200,000.00 - $210,000.00
This USD base salary range represents only one component of total compensation for this role and is provided in accordance with local requirements. This role is eligible for a discretionary annual bonus, which is determined based on individual and overall firm performance. In addition to salary and bonus, total compensation may include eligibility for long-term reward programs and a comprehensive total rewards package that may include retirement, health, insurance, paid time off, and wellness programs. Our total rewards offerings are influenced by several business factors, and eligibility for certain components will vary by position and geography. Please note the posted ranges do not apply outside the U.S. and should not be converted to other currencies as a proxy for compensation in other countries.
