This role is a Vice President position reporting directly to the Change Management Managing Director. The VP is expected to act as the primary operational leader for a strategic client engagement with full accountability for daily execution, risk governance and client facing delivery.

We are seeking a Vice President, PMO who brings strong business and operational leadership and can translate complex client needs into clear, actionable plans for Technology delivery teams. This role sits at the intersection of business operations, client engagement, and IT execution, ensuring proprietary tools and solutions are delivered with precision, urgency, and measurable value.
The ideal candidate will combine hands on operational experience with PMO discipline to drive outcomes-not just coordination-across teams and initiatives.
What you will be responsible for
• Business and Operational Translator
Ability to deeply understand business workflows, operational pain points, and client requirements, and convert them into well defined priorities, requirements, and delivery roadmaps for IT teams.
• Strong PMO and Delivery Leadership
Proven experience running complex programs with multiple dependencies, enforcing governance, driving accountability, and ensuring delivery against committed timelines.
• Technology Enablement Mindset
Comfortable partnering closely with IT to shape execution plans, challenge scope and sequencing, and ensure solutions are practical, scalable, and aligned to client outcomes-particularly for proprietary platforms and tools.
• Client centric Execution Focus
Deep appreciation for client operating models, delivery risk, and reputational impact, with the ability to lead programs that support sophisticated, high expectation clients.
• Senior Leadership Presence
Able to engage credibly with senior business, operations, and technology leaders; comfortable leading difficult discussions, escalating risks, and recommending trade offs when needed.

Salary Range:
$80,000 - $140,000 Annual
The range quoted above applies to the role in the primary location specified. If the candidate would ultimately work outside of the primary location above, the applicable range could differ.
