Vice President, Servicing Analytics / Business Strategy

As a VP, Servicing Analytics & Business Strategy, you will lead teams responsible for developing and executing strategies that optimize portfolio performance across our auto finance servicing organization. You will partner closely across key business areas to identify opportunities that increase payment performance and minimize defaults across ACA’s servicing portfolio.

In this role, you’ll dive deep into the business to uncover operational and strategic levers that drive measurable business outcomes, efficiencies, and long-term portfolio value. You will shape the strategic direction of ACA, turning insights into high-impact actions that unlock long‑term growth.
