Job description

Opportunity to work as the VP of Strategic Operations with an industry leader providing appliances and appliance services. This key member of our executive team establishes, implements, and communicates the strategic direction of the organizations operations division. You will be collaborating with executive leadership to develop and meet company goals while supplying expertise and guidance on operations projects and systems. You will play a significant role in driving innovation within the organization, identifying areas of improvement, encouraging creative problem-solving, and collaborate with other departments to implement innovative strategies and technologies. You will be responsible for implementing all necessary systems and establishing all site and administrative processes and procedures. Implementations will include all logistic processes, onboarding all new transportation team members, and other logistical needs.
We are looking for a leader who works well with others, has a positive attitude and can meet project deadlines. Candidates must be responsible, honest, energetic, hardworking, level-headed and motivated. We are looking for people with strong supervisory and communication skills as well as the ability to work effectively with our team to problem solve and find solutions. Your past experience working in construction and with appliances is essential this role.
