Requirements

SVP, Operations - A seat on our senior leadership team, running desalination and water treatment operations across the Americas and Caribbean

Seven Seas Water Group is looking for an SVP, Operations to lead all desalination and brackish water operations across our Caribbean, Panama, and Peru sites. Based in Tampa with regular travel to the field, you'll join our senior leadership team and take full ownership of the operating performance, culture, and P&L of a multinational platform of critical water infrastructure. This is one of the most consequential seats in our operations organization, and we're hiring for it now.

What you'll own

You'll set and drive the operations strategy for every desal and brackish water asset in the portfolio, holding the line on contractual compliance while pushing revenue, profitability, uptime, and water quality forward. You'll be the senior face of Seven Seas Water Group with our largest customers, positioning us as the premium operator in every market we serve, and you'll lead the operations organization itself: the people, the budgets, the CapEx decisions, and the culture that makes this a place operators want to build a career.

This role also means bringing rigor to how we run: standing up AI-enabled performance dashboards and KPIs, applying Lean and Six Sigma to squeeze more reliability out of every asset, and partnering closely with engineering so what gets built in the field reflects what actually works in the field. You'll answer for preventive maintenance, field services, and EHS culture across every site, and you'll be the connective tissue between operations and finance, legal, and corporate on everything from forecasting to permitting.

What you bring

  • Senior operational leadership experience in the water industry, ideally with P&L accountability
  • Hands-on technical depth in seawater and brackish water desalination, plus wastewater treatment
  • A track record running operations across multiple countries within a multinational organization
  • The ability to command a room from the field crew to the boardroom, and to communicate clearly across cultural and language differences
  • Professional English required; Spanish fluency strongly preferred
  • Strong executive communication skills, including building your own board- and customer-facing presentations
  • Willingness to travel frequently and internationally, and a valid U.S. passport with no restrictions on obtaining travel visas
  • Based in or willing to relocate to Tampa, FL

Why this role

This is a senior leadership position with real authority over how we operate, and real visibility with the executives and shareholders who back us. If you want to run operations at scale for a company solving one of the world's hardest infrastructure problems, this is that seat.

Education/Experience

Bachelor's or master's degree or relevant experience as defined above.
