Vidsy is a global creative platform transforming how the world’s biggest brands create video advertising across paid social. With teams across NYC, LA, Toronto, and London, we partner with global advertisers like L’Oréal, Amazon and PepsiCo enabling them to produce creator and AI powered video advertising at scale.

We are looking for an exceptional VP Partnerships to drive Vidsy’s ecosystem growth. In this high-impact commercial role, you will build and scale strategic partnerships with major tech platforms (Meta, Google, TikTok, Amazon), agencies and ecosystem leaders.

Reporting directly to our Co-Founder, you will own executive-level platform relationships, establish scalable partner revenue streams, and position Vidsy as a preferred global creative partner. As the function expands, you will have the opportunity to build and lead Vidsy’s dedicated Platform Partnerships team.

• Drive Partnership Strategy: Define and execute Vidsy’s global partnership roadmap across platforms (Meta, Google, etc.), agencies and ecosystem partners.

• Build Executive Relationships: Establish senior level relationships across key partner organizations to unlock joint go-to-market opportunities and strategic initiatives.

• Unlock Commercial Value: Develop quarterly and annual partner growth plans that drive measurable revenue growth, co-selling programs, and enterprise client acquisition.

• Drive Partner Activation & Enablement: Position Vidsy as a top-of-mind partner through joint marketing, industry events, thought leadership, and partner team enablement.

• Provide Market & Product Intelligence: Gather platform roadmap insights, AI trends, and market feedback to inform Vidsy’s Sales, Client, Marketing, and Product strategies.

• Build Scalable Operations: Establish framework models for partnership management, attribution, joint pitch workflows, and performance tracking.

• Lead Future Expansion: Shape the strategy and team structure for Vidsy's partnership function, hiring, mentoring, and leading the team as the business scales.

• Senior Commercial Experience: 8+ years of strategic partnerships, business development, or commercial leadership experience in digital advertising, ad-tech, or creator economy platforms.

• Established Executive Network: Existing, high-credibility relationships across Meta, Google, and major social/ad platforms (at Director, Head of Industry level or above).

• Proven Revenue Track Record: Demonstrated history of building multi-million-dollar partner programs, joint GTM models, and referral engines.

• Ecosystem Expertise: Deep knowledge of the global advertising landscape, platform algorithms/roadmaps, and agency holding company operating models.

• Cross-Functional Influence: Skilled at collaborating with internal Sales, Product, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to commercialize partner opportunities.

• Problem-solving Mindset: Highly strategic thinker comfortable building new initiatives from scratch in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

• Leadership Potential: Demonstrated ability or clear readiness to recruit, mentor, and lead a high-performing partnership function as Vidsy grows.

• Executive Presence: Strong communicator and advocate capable of representing Vidsy at industry events, keynotes, and executive pitch meetings.

$170,000 - $220,000 a year

• Base Salary: $170,000 to $220,000 USD (based on experience).
