As a VP of Strategic Services, you are a strategic relationship builder with a proven track record of growing large enterprise accounts and developing long-term client partnerships. You thrive in client-facing environments, enjoy navigating complex organizations, and excel at building trusted relationships with executive stakeholders.
You understand how to align business objectives with technology solutions and can identify opportunities across consulting services, digital transformation, cloud, AI, data, and staffing engagements. You are equally comfortable engaging with C-suite executives, delivery leaders, and consulting teams to ensure client success while driving revenue growth.
You bring a consultative mindset, strong business acumen, and the ability to influence decision-makers while creating value for both clients and internal stakeholders.
VP of Strategic Services | Day-to-Day
  • Serve as the executive relationship lead for a strategic enterprise client, developing trusted partnerships with senior business and technology stakeholders.
  • Develop and execute account growth strategies that expand Marlabs' footprint across consulting, digital transformation, cloud, AI, data, and staffing services.
  • Identify, qualify, and drive new opportunities while leading account planning, business reviews, and growth initiatives.
  • Collaborate with onshore and offshore delivery teams to ensure successful execution of engagements and high levels of client satisfaction.
  • Partner with internal sales, recruiting, delivery, and executive leadership teams to align resources and support account objectives.
  • Support proposals, contract negotiations, statements of work, budgeting discussions, and strategic planning activities.
