You will serve as the chief executive leader, driving the long-term strategic vision, operational excellence, and financial success of an established electrical contractor. Utilizing a servant leadership style, you will champion a workforce of over 70 professionals while preserving a legacy built on integrity and honesty. Your guidance will directly influence the company's expansion, market diversification, and operational performance across the Twin Cities metro area.
