Our client is a rapidly growing telecommunications and connectivity services organization seeking a Vice President of Financial Operations to serve as a strategic partner to the CFO and executive leadership team. This highly visible role will lead financial operations, drive acquisition integrations, support enterprise-wide initiatives, and help shape the organization's long-term financial strategy.

This is an outstanding opportunity for a finance leader with deep telecommunications industry experience, strong FP&A expertise, and a proven track record leading M&A integrations. The individual selected will have significant executive exposure and the potential to grow into a future CFO succession opportunity.

What You'll DoStrategic Financial Leadership
  • Partner directly with the CFO and executive team to develop and execute financial strategies that support business growth and profitability
  • Serve as a trusted advisor and key financial leader across the organization
  • Drive financial decision-making through data-driven insights and operational analysis
Financial Planning & Analysis
  • Lead budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, and financial modeling activities

  • Proven experience leading or supporting M&A transactions and acquisition integrations
  • Experience partnering with executive leadership on enterprise-wide initiatives
  • Solid knowledge of financial reporting, forecasting, budgeting, treasury, and business analytics
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
