Work closely with the Clinical Team for education towards documentation toward decline, eligibility and LCD guidelines.Provide oversight and support agencies in review of patients Not Taken For Care (NTFC) and live dischargesProvide oversight and collaborate with leadership, clinical staff, and the Business Development Team to improve rate of eligible admissionsSafeguard Bristol Hospice by ensuring compliance with all regulatory guidelines.Hires, evaluates and terminates direct report as determinedConducts annual evaluations of direct reports, or more frequently if neededOversight in QAPI tracking and trending and advising on how to improve outcomes.
