Join Metro 1 on Wednesday 8.12.2026 from 9 AM to 3 PM for a hiring event at our office in Tukwila for our client's Seattle Metro WA locations. We can also schedule virtual interviews as needed for your convenience. Apply now!

We are looking for full-time & part-time unarmed security professionals to help provide a safe shopping and working environment for a national retail customer in the Greater Seattle Metro area.

Pay Rate: $23.00 - $27.00 depending on the role, your experience and store location.

What you will do:

Provide excellent customer service while greeting and promoting a safe shopping environment.

  • Observe, survey, and provide reporting on activity at your assigned location while standing post for your shift
  • Provide rapid response in critical situations

Your background:

At least 18 years of age or older

  • High school education or equivalent (GED)
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States
  • Active OR State Security License (DPSST) or Active WA license depending on store location.
  • Have a solid/stable work history
  • Can stand for the duration of your shift (8 hrs. or more)
  • Drug Testing and Background screening required
  • Reliable transportation
