Metro One Security is Hiring! - Unarmed Security Officers - Wanted for San Francisco, Santa Clara and East Bay CA locations. Full-time and Flex roles available.
Multiple positions for Loss Prevention Officers with Metro 1 Security! These positions will be at our client locations in downtown San Francisco, Stonestown Galleria, Downtown San Valley Fair Mall in Santa Clara and other East Bay locations.
*Pay rate for fully qualified candidates is $30 an hour

Loss Prevention OfficerResponsibilities:
  • Maintain a strong, visible security presence on-site
  • Monitor customer activity and deter theft through active patrols
  • Identify and respond to suspicious behavior
  • Support apprehensions and assist in investigations when necessary
  • Document incidents clearly and professionally
  • Collaborate with store management and law enforcement as needed
  • Respond to emergency situations calmly and quickly
  • Familiarity with retail surveillance and safety protocols
  • Must have the ability to be tech savvy
  • Ability to stay alert and professional in fast-paced environments
  • Must be able to stand/walk for extended periods

Loss Prevention OfficerRole Requirements:
  • Military service OR 1 year of retail loss prevention experience i
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Valid CA Guard Card or willing to obtain one quickly
  • Oral Drug Testing
  • Background check screening
  • No more than 3 employers in the last 6 years.
  • No employment gaps beyond 6 months.
  • Good verbal English communication skills.
  • Bilingual communication skills are a plus.
