Overview

Vice President of Operations role responsible for overseeing and directing the company's operational activities to ensure efficiency, quality, profitability, and customer satisfaction. This executive leader develops and implements operational strategies, manages production and support functions, drives continuous improvement initiatives, and ensures alignment between operational performance and overall business objectives.

What are we looking for in a great Vice President of Operations?

  • Budgeting and financial analysis.

  • High School Diploma or general education degree (GED).
  • Undergraduate degree, preferred in operations or engineering.
  • Master's in Business or Operations, or other advanced degree preferred, unless 10+ years operations experience.
  • 10+ Years of management experience in project management environment.
