Market Vice President Position Summary

The Market Vice President (MVP) is responsible for leading business development strategy and revenue growth across an assigned market consisting of one or more states. Reporting to the Regional Vice President, the Market Vice President is responsible for executing the region's strategic growth initiatives while directly leading a team of Business Development Executives (BDEs).

The Market Vice President is accountable for achieving market revenue objectives across Plaintiff Medical, Plaintiff Funding, and other Libra Solutions products and services by developing strategic law firm relationships, coaching and developing sales talent, expanding existing customer relationships, and identifying new business opportunities.

In addition to leading the market, the Market Vice President maintains a strategic portfolio of key law firm relationships and serves as a senior representative of Libra Solutions within the legal community.

Success in this role is measured by market revenue growth, new customer acquisition, expansion of existing relationships, cross-selling success, leadership effectiveness, and execution of the company's strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities Leadership
  • Report directly to the Regional Vice President.
  • Directly lead, coach, develop, and hold accountable the Business Development Executives assigned to the market.
  • Foster a high-performance sales culture focused on accountability, execution, collaboration, and measurable results.
  • Conduct regular one-on-one coaching, field rides, performance reviews, and development planning.
  • Assist with recruiting, interviewing, onboarding, and developing top sales talent.
Business Development
  • Maintain and grow a strategic portfolio of key law firm relationships.
  • Develop and execute market business plans aligned with regional and company growth objectives.
  • Drive new business development while expanding existing law firm relationships.
  • Identify opportunities to increase utilization across all Libra Solutions products and services.
  • Lead strategic account planning for the market's highest-value customers.
  • Build relationships with attorneys, medical providers, strategic partners, and key influencers within the personal injury industry.
Cross-Selling & Strategic Growth
  • Lead cross-selling initiatives between Plaintiff Medical, Plaintiff Funding, and future Libra Solutions offerings.
  • Partner with Provider Development, Operations, Product, Marketing, and Shared Services to maximize customer growth.
  • Identify opportunities for CMS integrations and workflow enhancements that increase customer engagement.
  • Identify strategic partnership opportunities that generate long-term revenue growth.
Sales Execution
  • Own market revenue performance across Plaintiff Medical and Plaintiff Funding.
  • Establish market goals, forecasts, and action plans to achieve annual revenue targets.
  • Monitor pipeline activity and sales performance through Salesforce.
  • Ensure BDEs execute consistent business development activities, prospecting, customer engagement, and follow-up.
  • Analyze market trends, competitive activity, and performance metrics to adjust sales strategy.
  • B.A or B.S. degree or requisite industry experience required
  • 8+ years of sales experience with proven track record of success in leading high performing teams
  • 50%+ travel throughout the region
  • Legal, personal injury, or funding experience a plus
  • Ability to effectively meet goals while working remotely in a self-motivated environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with acute listening ability
  • Proven results in consultative selling; goal and target driven
