The Vice President of Production serves as the executive leader responsible for defining the long-term vision, organizational structure, and growth strategy for the Costing & Production function. This role partners closely with Executive Leadership to drive enterprise-wide profitability, operational scalability, organizational effectiveness, and business expansion across all brands and divisions.

The VP will oversee sourcing, costing, production, and vendor strategies while ensuring alignment with corporate objectives, customer needs, and long-term business priorities.

Key Responsibilities

? Establish the long-term vision and organizational roadmap for the Costing & Production function

? Partner with Executive Leadership on growth initiatives, investments, and business expansion strategies

? Drive enterprise-wide profitability, scalability, and operational transformation initiatives

? Oversee organizational performance across all brands, categories, and divisions

? Lead organizational design, workforce planning, and succession planning initiatives

? Evaluate global sourcing opportunities and long-term vendor diversification strategies

? Build and maintain executive-level relationships with factories, mills, vendors, and strategic partners

? Establish executive dashboards, KPIs, and performance metrics to support business decisions

? Identify risks, opportunities, and whitespace initiatives that support long-term growth

? Present strategic recommendations, business performance, and investment opportunities to Executive Leadership

? Develop and mentor senior leadership teams across Costing & Production

? Serve as the executive owner of the Costing & Production function across all brands and divisions
