This role has visibility to senior leadership and is designed to grow in scope over time.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Account Ownership

• Own and grow the Special Markets dress business with a focus on traditional off-price and specialty accounts, including Marshalls, TJ Maxx, TJX.com, Ross, Burlington, and Nordstrom Rack.
• Drive annual volume while managing low-margin structures and strict markup requirements.
• Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with buyers and key account partners.
• Seek incremental opportunities within existing accounts through door expansion, category growth, and style productivity.
• Strategically expand the business beyond existing accounts by identifying new doors, channels, and growth opportunities within Special Markets.
• Negotiate buys and ensure internal retail targets and market goals are met.

Financial & Margin Management

• Manage account-level profitability, dilution, and inventory management.
• Forecast monthly and seasonal revenue, ensuring alignment with shippable and annual sales plans.
• Track and manage pricing, markups, and margin targets with precision.

Product & Market Execution

• Analyze weekly selling reports to identify trends, best sellers, and reorder opportunities.
• Review orders and recommend assortments based on selling history, regional needs, and market performance.
• Capture final selling by delivery to assess performance and inform future line planning.
• Provide clear, actionable market feedback to Sales, Design, and Merchandising leadership.

Systems, Process & Execution Excellence

• Ensure all internal milestones and external order deadlines are met.
• Manage large volumes with exceptional organization, follow-up, and attention to detail.
• Utilize systems effectively, including RLM (required/strongly preferred), Excel, and internal reporting tools.
• Maintain accurate order tracking, reporting, and cross-functional communication.

Cross-Functional Partnership

• Collaborate closely with Planning, Production and Design Teams.
• Ensure brand execution and representation meet Kasper Group standards across all channels.
