THE POSITION

The Vice President of Operations will be a key member of the executive team, responsible for overseeing the project management team, procurement, virtual design & construction (VDC), and field operations. This role is crucial in driving operational excellence and ensuring the successful execution of projects, especially those in the mission‑critical sector. The VP of Operations will develop and implement strategic initiatives that align with the company’s mission to deliver quality, profitable jobs while ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining the highest safety and compliance standards. By leading a dynamic team, this position will focus on achieving operational goals, fostering innovation, and building strong relationships with stakeholders to support the company’s growth and success.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Build and maintain a skilled team capable of executing projects with a high degree of quality and profitability.
  • Ensure the team is well‑managed and members are held accountable for their responsibilities.
  • Oversee the entire project management process, including planning, execution, and delivery, to ensure that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality and safety standards.
  • Focus on progress and excellence of mission‑critical data center projects, creating repeat clientele and opening up new sales opportunities within the sector.
  • Maintain a strong focus on customer satisfaction by ensuring that all projects meet or exceed client expectations.
  • Address and resolve any customer issues or concerns promptly and effectively.

  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with customers, vendors, and subcontractors.

QUALIFICATIONS
  • Proven experience in a senior operations role
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in electrical construction

Pay Range: $185,000 - $245,000 per Year
